Please contact PUMS IT Department in all matters concerning Eduroam network using the following e-mail address: eduroam@ump.edu.pl. Please include the following information in your message:

• a description of what happened,
• physical location of where the connection could not be established,
• time of connection attempt,
• full username used to log in,
• detailed specification of the device used for network access
• device type
• type and name of operating system
• list of installed OS updates, if any (e.g. service packs for Windows)
• was an OS built-in network connection manager functionality used for connection attempt

Please note that the more details you provide, the greater the chance of finding a solution is. If possible, please attach screenshots of error messages.
